O empregador ou o respons\u00e1vel, obrigado ao Sistema Simplificado de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital das Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es Previdenci\u00e1rias, Trabalhistas e Fiscais &#8211; eSocial, que n\u00e3o prestar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es na forma e prazo estabelecidos em normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, ou apresent\u00e1-las com incorre\u00e7\u00f5es ou omiss\u00f5es, ficar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 multa no valor m\u00ednimo de R$ 443,97 (quatrocentos e quarenta e tr\u00eas reais e noventa e sete centavos), acrescida de R$ 104,31 (cento e quatro reais e trinta e um centavos) por trabalhador cuja informa\u00e7\u00e3o tiver sido omitida ou declarada incorretamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba O valor m\u00e1ximo das multas previstas neste artigo \u00e9 de R$ 44.396,84 (quarenta e quatro mil trezentos e noventa e seis reais e oitenta e quatro centavos), devendo ser aplicadas em dobro em caso de reincid\u00eancia, oposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ou desacato \u00e0 autoridade, nos termos do art. 25 da Lei n\u00ba 7.998, de 11 de janeiro de 1990.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">\u00a7 2\u00ba O disposto neste artigo estende-se aos fatos geradores ocorridos no per\u00edodo de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2020 at\u00e9 o dia anterior ao in\u00edcio da vig\u00eancia da presente Portaria, aplicando-se, exclusivamente a esses fatos, um desconto de 40% (quarenta por cento) sobre o valor final da multa, para todos os infratores, sem preju\u00edzo do disposto no art. 636, \u00a7 6\u00ba, da CLT, quando for o caso.&#8221; (NR)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Art. 2\u00ba O Anexo I da Portaria MTP n\u00ba 667, de 8 de novembro de 2021, passa a vigorar na forma do Anexo I.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Art. 3\u00ba O Anexo IV da Portaria MTP n\u00ba 667, de 8 de novembro de 2021, passa a vigorar na forma do Anexo II.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">4\u00ba Ficam revogados os \u00a7 3\u00ba a \u00a7 5\u00ba do art. 81 da Portaria MTP n\u00ba 667, de 8 de novembro de 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
